The Regional Rights Resource Team (RRRT) is the Pacific Community’s (SPC) human rights program. RRRT has operated for over 20 years as the region’s pioneer in human rights and gender capacity building to Pacific states, institutions and civil society. RRRT provides a comprehensive range of policy and legal advice, technical assistance and capacity building services to support Pacific Island Countries to respond effectively to human rights priority areas for the region, such as gender equality, ending violence against women and children, disability rights, climate change and inclusive, equitable and sustainable development.
RRRT is implementing a Social Citizenship Education programme in Marshall Islands, Kiribati and Tuvalu. The programme aims to enhance awareness and practice of rights and responsibilities, respectful relationships and gender equality among women, men, girls and boys. The programme is seeking quotes for the development of training manuals and materials on Social Citizenship Education for community facilitators in Tuvalu and Marshall Islands. The consultancy will take the lead to develop one Trainer’s manual, a Facilitator’s manual and a Facilitator’s outreach pack.
