About the program

Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development (Pacific Women) is a regional development program funded by the Australian Government and managed by Cardno. It commits $320 million over 10 years to improve the political, economic and social opportunities of Pacific women.

About the role

The Senior Program Officer will support the Programs Unit Manager in all areas of activity management, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting at the country and regional level. This will involve working with Pacific Women Support Unit colleagues and key stakeholders, including with DFAT Gender Focal Points, grantees and other partners.A copy of the Terms of Reference detailing role responsibilities and selection criteria can be found by clicking on this link: Terms of Reference

This position is open to candidates across the Pacific region. A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate in line with their relevant skills and experience.
